We are Felicia and Mihai Stoica, two entrepreneurial spirits, crazy enough to build Humans – People Academy back in 2008, in the middle of the world’s economic crisis. Despite all odds, we have enjoyed a very meaningful career as senior trainers and consultants using the Accelerated Learning international methodology.
In 2014 we went through a rebranding project and Humans – PEOPLE ACADEMY become Humans Coaching.
Our mission at HUMANS COACHING is to use Systemic Coaching to get to the heart of things.
As good professional coaches, we support the process of learning, raise the awareness of perspectives, beliefs, and attitudes that may be holding you back in your personal and professional development. We create space for you to explore and take your own decisions for ways to improve the awareness of your blind spots.
Our clients tackle complex subjects like: organizational or career transition, strategic negotiation, change management, leadership presence, decision making, delegated processes, time-management, difficult communication, conflict resolution, motivating employees, performance evaluation, new product launching or new investments.
