I am a certified trainer and accredited coach, with 16 years of experience in corporate sales and business development for telecom, healthcare, and media companies. I have built star sales teams in my management positions with Vodafone and Telekom and I took great satisfaction from helping people reach their potential, by tapping into their hidden resources and creativity.

How do I work

I have worked with people from a wide range of professions: sales professionals, junior and senior managers, researchers and entrepreneurs. Some clients say that coaching is “hard”, and they are partly right.
Sometimes, when engaging in a coaching experience, you must be willing to take an honest look at yourself and your current situation, to dig deep for answers that do not always satisfy your ego. This is not easy. It takes courage to confront possibly uncomfortable truths about ourselves.

On the bright side, once committed to the coaching process and to your goals, you will be able to make those uncomfortable truths your allies, and you will gain valuable insights on what is most important to you. You will gain self-awareness, clarity and the drive to act and accomplish your goals.
